Booking Policy

We are a reservation-driven restaurant and accepting reservations through Tock. Please note we do not accept walk-in guests and we do not accepting reservations by phone at the moment. For private dinner, please email

Cancellation Policy

Your reservation can be cancelled, rescheduled or transferred. However, for parties of 1-4, we request that you do contact us 48 hours prior to your reservation date, and for parties with 5 or more, please contact us at least 7 days in advance so Sushi Masaki Saito can plan accordingly. Failure to cancel your reservation, decrease number of guest within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $400 per person.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Please kindly inform us if you or your guest have any allergy and dietary restrictions at the time of your reservation, and you will be contacted by our team to confirm. We do strive to accommodate allergies, however since we specialize in seafood, as we may not be able to accommodate guests with severe seafood and gluten allergies.

Sushi Masaki Saito Policy

For all reservations, we will hold your seats for 15 minutes. After that time, we cannot guarantee the table/seat.

Sushi Masaki Saito is optimized for adult diners and is limited in offering for younger children. However, we welcome patrons of all ages to our establishment. Reservation with children (age 12 and under), please reserve a full seating time.

Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, and other fragrances as sushi is delicate and it may hinder your upcoming dining experience.

We ask our guests to place their mobile devices on silent mode to allow guests the opportunity to enjoy a truly mesmerizing evening. Phone calls can be answered in our tea room during dinner time.
